Ordering from our site is 100% secure. All online purchase transaction information (shopping cart and customer information) is securely processed via GlobeCharge with payment options of using PayPal or Payment by Phone. Customers can make payment instantly, even without a PayPal account.
Shipping Costs/Item: (USPS First Class)
We combine shipping costs.
United States & Canada: First item is $3.50. Each additional item is $1.00 additional shipping cost. Four or more items equal FREE shipping. (Promotion shipping discount may apply)
International Shipping: First item is $7.00. Each additional item is $2.00 additional shipping cost. Five or more items equal FREE shipping
Order Processing & Delivery Notification:
For all shipments please allow 24 hours for processing before your order is shipped. All orders will be confirmed by email before shipping and will include a delivery confirmation number (Domestic shipping only).
Return Policy: (Does not apply to custom orders)
We accept returns within 14 days of purchase. Please refer to the following steps for returns:
1. E-mail cs@innerpeacedesigns.com with your Order Number and reason for return
2. Specify which item in your order is being returned
3. All items must be unworn, with original tags attached
4. Please note, shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs to return item to seller.
6. Allow for 7-10 days for your credit to be processed
Exchange Policy: (Does not apply to custom orders)
We accept exchanges within 14 days of purchase. Please refer to the following steps for exchange:
1. E-mail cs@innerpeacedesigns.com with your Order Number and item(s) to be exchanged
2. Shipping return address will be made available upon exchange request via email
2. Specify the desired style/design, size and color or your desired item.
3. Please make sure your desired item is available in our online inventory
4. All items must be unworn, with original tags attached
5. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs to return item to seller.
6. Once we receive your exchanged item, we will send out your new item at no additional shipping cost.
Custom Orders:
At this time we do not allow returns or exchanges on custom orders.
Sales Tax:
California residents only 8.25%
Product Availability:
We try our best to keep our inventory updated. However, should you have placed an order and the item is not available, you will be notified within 24 hours of your purchase. You will not be charged.
